Hugo comes from a very technologically advanced, yet economically-divided kingdom. As a result, he lives like a criminal, stealing riches to fund his experiments and to live a more lavish life. He has street smarts, intelligence, and is very charismatic. However, Hugo can be very mischievous and sneaky, and is often out for himself, but he does have a soft spot for his crush, Varian, and tries to be a better person because of him. He’s reconsidering being a thief and a spy because of that spot.
