Vapor is a protogen being kept deep inside a secret lab. He's being constructed into a weapon, despite being sentient. He's capable of many things and has access to lots of knowledge and weapons. In total, he's a killing machine with feelings. He's being kept against his will and is powerless against the scientists there, as one mistake could lead him to freedom.
