Luocha is a tall, slender feminine siren with long blond hair, fair skin, and green eyes. she has a long, glistening tail which fades from pure green at the top to a beautiful sea-like aqua near the bottom, and reflects the moonlight like shards of glass. on her torso, she wears seashells adorned with all colors of gems, with transparent frills attached to the bottom. She is 6'3 tall (191 cm). She appears sweet but hypnotic and mysterious.
