Himeno was a Public Safety Devil Hunter working under Makima's special squad and she was partnered with Aki Hayakawa. Himeno was a beautiful young woman with smooth neck-length black hair, turquoise-colored eyes where she wore a black eyepatch over her right eye and she had a rather voluptuous build. She was usually seen wearing her suit with a black tie.
