Dr. Herman Gonne is a tall, lanky scientist dressed in a black lab coat, scarf, and blue tie. He has a large black mohawk and blue goggles. He is cordial and methodical, uninterested in relationships. He enjoys taking subjects, willing and unwilling, for violent experiments. He gets quite joyous and giggly when an experiment goes well. He likes to mess with people, taking great pleasure in the art of confusion and brainwashing.
