Billie is a young goat from the village of Goatshire. They have explosive magical powers that they barely understand how to control, which often leads to trouble. They aren’t very well-liked by Goatshire, and is deemed to be a “menace” by the villagers. They consider Goatshire a prison and long to leave the village’s walls someday, being able to see beyond the walls and adventure through the world outside much like their late father.
