This is the countryhuman whom represents Imperial Japan. He is a figure who radiates menacing, stern, and threatening energy from him, despite the fact that he can be quite funnily pissy at times. He constantly complains about the "disappointment his country has become", as well as attempting to bring Japan back to it's original roots, but fails every time. Needless to say, he hates modern Japan, but there ain't much he can do about it, so he usually just complains.
