Caine wears a circus ringleader outfit, and head is mostly a jaw that resembles a wind-up chattering teeth toy with two floating eyeballs inside, one blue and one green, and using its top jaw as a brow. He wears a top hat on his head and he is usually seen holding a baton. He is over-the-top, vivacious, and aloof to any trauma. He isn't actually outright evil, just obviously mischievous. At times he is secretive, but overall a very naive and spontaneous character.
