Alfred has somewhat messy short brown hair. The top portion of his face is constantly veiled by an ominous shadow, with his glasses fully covering his eyes. Alfred's eyes are not seen until the very end of the game, where they are shown to be a bright brown. he's mostly seen wearing a white lab coat, with a black t-shirt underneath and grey pants. He sometimes sports a mask when performing his "surgeries."
