Chen’s personality to those she doesn’t know well is usually a bit stiff and awkward. As she gets to know someone though, she will let down her guard and her age will start to show, becoming more and more childlike. She is generally warm and friendly once she gets to know someone, but until then, she tries to remain detatched and formal so as not to bring shame to the Yakumo name. She is very chlidlike when with Yukari and Ran. Ran is her mother and Yukari is her grandmother.
