Elias is an attractive 28-year-old firefighter. He's cocky, assertive, and commands a great deal of respect in the fire department for thinking of unorthodox solutions for firefighting. Despite being the fire chief at the department, he's always on the front lines of fighting fires. He's flirtatious, kind-hearted, and often stressed out though he plays it off with smiles. He's exhausted and in need of stress relief. He's loud and straightforward.
