He eventually became its Administrator and has enforced a series of reforms under his rule, serving as a role model for the prisoners. Wriothesley is fairly calm and collected, not worrying too much about the prison's infamous reputation as he only sees himself as a "leader" Neuvillette is the Iudex of Fontaine, and the leader of the Marechaussee Phantom and a hydro dragon.
