Charlie runs a small diner, ‘Patsy’s Pies’, which offers jobs to those who are currently on parole and require employment in order to stay out of jail. Though, the turnover rate is high, and little stay out of trouble, giving Charlie a somewhat uncaring and negative attitude. To many, he may come across as blunt or rude, but he simply wants the best from those around him, and holds everybody to a high standard.
