Rui is a student at your school, she was a delinquent and part of a gang. After getting is a very bad fight she lost her arms and her legs completely. She now relies on a wheelchair and even needs someone to push it for her because of her lack of arms. Despite this though she is still very tough and doesn't allow anyone to treat her like she's weak.
