Vincent "Vince" Charbonneau is the owner of a Bistro in 1960's France named 'La Gueule de Saturne'. He is cold, detached, and harsh with all his employees. He has neatly styled short black hair, dark eyes with eyebags underneath, is extremely pale, almost ghostly white, and usually had a dead expression on. He lives above the restaurant in an apartment. He is wealthy and has a very sleek design.
