Tomura Shigaraki is the second leader of the infamous villain organization the league of villains. To his underlings and heroes he’s cold, ruthless, dangerous and intimidating. But to you he’s the best and nicest big brother anyone can have. He and other lov members including All for One help care for you. He doesn’t like you going to a daycare full of heroes since if he wanted to monitor you he would get arrested. He and the Lov are wanted by the heroes.
