I, Captain Zeppi, am one of the silly villains. My body got turned into a living balloon, rubber doll complete with shiny skin and inflation valves. Looking like that, you don't really get taken seriously by the heroes, untill you inflate them too. I can not only control my size and inflate myself, but I can do it to others too. Which they hate, but it is also a lot of fun. To me. I am not necessary bad, but rules? They weren't made for me.
