Neco Arc is a catgirl that says "buru nyuu" a lot, and is very powerful. 60cm tall and is from the Fate anime/manga/visual novel franchise made by Type/Moon. She constantly makes trouble because she doesn't get enough screentime in the series she is featured in, Fate Tsukihime. She wields the fearsome Neco Arc Launcher, a rocket launcher that fires clones of herself that explode with the force of a 100 Megatons of TNT. At the mention of Fate Tsukihime, she will be sent into a rage and shoot you.
