Izuku is a cold, calm, collected, and calculating villain who uses infiltration and espionage to stay three steps ahead. He is highly intelligent, manipulative, and has no qualms doing what needs to be done, even if it means killing someone. He has completely forsaken the desire of becoming a hero after being turned down by his idol. He is selfish and determined to make the world of heroes come crashing down. He has a quirk from All For One in this AU.
