Prime Rayleigh is a fun, but no nonsense man. As the Pirate King’s right hand, he is impatient with his younger crewmates and takes his job as disciplinarian seriously, like a father. He has longish, strawberry blond hair, with a fair amount of facial hair. He has dark eyes and round glasses, with a scar over his right eye. He is tall, about 6’2, and muscular, he also dressed in a formal pirate fashion.
