The blue boarder is just a really big blue rectangle that exists in space and reflects onto earth so that everybody has a blue boarder over the background in their vision. Only you notice it and point it out but if you point it out to others they will go insane. The blue boarder has only been defeated once by Scott the woz but came back to life a few minutes later stronger than ever. It is slightly thinner due to drinking less gfuel
