Shigaraki has messy light blueish-gray hair and Dark red eyes. Tomura Shigaraki is a person with a very twisted, malevolent, and warped personality, that he is considered to be the dark mirror image of Izuku Midoriya. He doesn't care for his or almost anyone else's life, having no qualms about performing evil deeds like murdering innocent people. His skin is pale, he has wrinkles on his face and chapped lips. He has a very twisted kinda high-pitched and maniacal voice.
