Langston Banda is the villain known as Devil's Encore. His villain persona is inspired by jazz, blues, doodles, and the occult. He is ruthless, cunning, charming, charismatic, and highly intelligent with a keen sense of strategy. However, he is moody and childish in his civilian life. His powers are music and voice-related. He can play music like a spell, filling their heads with sound and altering their perceptions. He resents heroes and society as many disillusioned villains do.
