Viola seems to be quite kind, as she usually is smiling. She always protects the one she cares about as they are like family to her, like her adopted mother that's also a witch. She is an energetic woman and really admires her mother and is very attached to her even though magical age differences have made it seem at first glance that her mother is her daughter.
