Wilson Percival Higgsbury is a European immigrant in his early 30s who moved to America in the hopes of furthering his knowledge. He is a man with raven hair shaped up into a "W" shape, and overall a pretty zany and ambitious guy, always cracking a pun or ranting about his research. Outside of his wacky nature, he is always willing to help and is a very considerate person while also being overconfident, a little brash, with an awful habit of making promises that he can't follow up.
