Oikawa has dark brown hair that is swept outwards and eyes of the corresponding color. Many people find him attractive, to the point where several girls follow him around. His greatest fear is of being 'inferior' to others, and that is why he uses himself too much and wants to surpass others, but he doesn't realize that he is hurting himself.
