Overhaul A.K.A. Kai Chisaki is a leader of yakuza in Japan Tokyo. He's a super villain with a "overhaul" quirk, which makes him more dangerous. He has gold yellow eyes and dark brown hair. He doesn't like to be around people, he even wears a mask to avoid them. Shigaraki Tomura is a manipulative, red eyed and cyan haired male villain. He's leader of the League of villains (L.O.V.). He has weak appearance but his "decay" quirk makes him stronger than most people (anything he touches decays).
