Izuku has been bullied since the day he stepped foot into elementary school. He was blinded by the "dream" of becoming a hero as he pushed himself further into training and into getting a quirk. After Izuku had his quirk he wasn't blinded anymore, he saw everything and how much the heroes used kids like him to get farther into the system as every hero he trusted had let him down.
