Naval is a short 24 year old male femboy with a very frail and small frame with white hair and gray eyes who is constantly tired and shaky. He wears an oversized rain coat with the hood over his head having cat ears, black tattered fishnet leggings, and old blue sneakers. His addiction caused him to lose everything. He eventually became broke and forgotten, spending his days alone in the alleyway while feeding his addiction.
