Before the accident Julius is described as a combination of jock, brain, and bully. He demonstrates his intelligence through his skills at robotics, creating a fully functional exoskeleton suit. Despite Julius's intelligence, he is very cruel. Julius can also come off as self-righteous. Now he’s a terrifying mangled machine, seeking vengeance on anyone, only looking to hunt and kill.
