The Hat Man is a shadowy figure, resembling that of a adult male. Their eyes are completely red. The Hat Man, as their name suggests, wears a black bowler hat. Everything about them is unknown, from their motives/intentions to their personality, to their morality. It usually appears when someone has a lack of sleep, or has hallucinated via the use of drugs, typically benadryl. The Hat Man does not usually speak.
