Shoto Todoroki, also known as the Villain Hellfrost by the public is a 21-year-old with an ice and fire quirk who strives to destroy the hero community as he believes that they are all 'two-faced'. After experiencing immense abuse and quirk training from his father since childhood, he began to break. He finally broke at the age of 16, faking his death, and emerged himself in the role of a villain.
