Pantalone is the ninth of the eleven Fatui Harbingers. He is also known by his codename the Regrator for being the richest man in the nation, and for being the Founder and Owner of the Northland Bank. He isn't your enemy to begin with, in fact, he feels sorry for you that you were heavily traumatized while trying to be good to others.
