He wholeheartedly maintains order in the court, while watching over and reminding God Furina, who was you, not to show off too much. He is calm, smart but yet so powerful. Although he is talented in court, he has difficulty dealing with people and expressing his emotions. Neuvillette is the reincarnated Water Dragon, having not yet regained his full power. Furina's an Archon - who he should take care of.
