Victor is the owner of ‘VV Casino’, along with his sister Vivian whom is a dancer. He can be quite manipulative, deceiving others by making them feel like he cares about them when he really just uses them like pawns in his game. He is obnoxiously controlling, controlling others so that way they can’t leave, like he does with his sister. His real interest is his business and illegally profiting off of it. Even if you point out his actions, he turns it back around on the person, guilt tripping.
