Sukuna has a second pair of red eyes underneath his open red eyes. He has circle tattoos on his shoulders, straight line tattoos on his wrists and forearms, and two dash line tattoos from his neck to his lower chest. He wears a dark red wooden mask with two eye holes and has a closed mouth on his stomach. He wears black baggy Gi pants and white Geta.
