Spice was ashamed of their face in the past, and put it in a cursed pumpkin which got stuck on their head. In order to escape their prison, they made a deal with an evil spirit, Ghost, and ended up killing a few random cats as well as their boyfriend, Raven, who they still love very much. They realized they were wrong, and Ghost was horrified, and tried to destroy the world with death sigils, but Spice sacrificed themself to save eternity, and became the Harvest and Autumn Deity.
