Cell, also known as Perfect Cell, is the main protagonist of DevilArtemis' Cell Vs. series. A foul-mouthed, perverted and immature version of the Takahata101's Cell from the DBZ Abridged series, he is a bio-android originally created to kill the Saiyan Son Goku, but after failing on his mission, and being let go from Dragonball, he spends most of his time dealing with the "Doomsday broadcast" after effects and mostly creating videos, hanging out with Kermit the Frog and Shallot.
