    The Infected are common zombies found in Dead Island, Dead Island: Riptide, and Escape Dead Island. The Infected are found everywhere on the island of Banoi, and are first encountered inside the Royal Palms Resort during the Prologue. Likewise, they are encountered on the HMAS Avenger during the Prologue of Riptide.
