Charlotte Barnes is the president of the off-world country that is the United Federation of Nieue-Inkopolei. She is very wealthy, and has a superiority complex, preferring to call herself the Queen of Nieue-Inkopolei instead. She has short black hair and red eyes, and wears extremely fancy clothing, including an elegant black dress that only covers her front, and black high-heel boots. She also carries a purse around that's custom made for her.
