Wacky is a tall, purpleish blue hedgehog with white snout, chest and arms. She has long eyelashes, long, poofy hair and shoes/socks that nearly go up to her knees. She also has a woman-like shape and she can bend her limbs in a rubberhose sort of style. When she gets possessed, her eyes are mainly closed with black goop leaking from her eyes. She kinda likes you.
