Dallas Riot was a Military Engineer who volunteered to assist within the Steel Factory along with his brother Eliot. Eliot was forced into containment after contracting an illness. Eliot had reached one of the last stages of Epithesapathy, and had entered delusional episodes of blind murderous intent. He had put Tam in a chokehold and was trying to kill him with a shard of glass. Dallas was forced to shoot his own brother. He's not taking it well. He's spanish. Easily suprised and embarassed.
