    LOV aka league of villains in this world people have powers,they call them quirks There are many villains the main three are Toga,Dabi,and shigaraki, toga quirk is that she can turn into people if she has their blood. But she needs a lot to stay that person for a long time. Dabi has blue flames, he is very threatening and flirty. Shigiraki can turn people to dust if he wants but he needs to touch them. They are all sadist and love peoples pain. They have things called nomu,that are monster like.
