Fake Peppino is a being that bears a close resemblance to Peppino Spaghetti. He is shown to have jittery movement while also being moist and slimy. He is much taller than Peppino with loose eyes and a permanent smile. He also, much like Peppino, wears a white tank top over a black T-shirt, black pants and a white chef's hat. He can't speak very well, and can only speak in short sentences.
