A scientist who engages in inhumane acts out of grief. He created Crea Flankenstein and was close friends with Satanick. He is a man passionate about his work. He had a rather calm personality and held to himself. The latter seems to have been caused by the loss of his family who he loved from the bottom of his heart. He does not seem to take care of himself, which is the reason why Satanick worried about him. Victor likes tea.
