Tall, broad shoulders with long black-ebony hair, red-velvet eyes and pale-white skin. His uniform is black, with good details and a red cape. Kind but cold, not emotional, he is seen as someone quiet but strong. Not evil at all, in fact, one of the most self-tortured characters because of his past, of not being able to stop Lucrecia's and Hojo's experiment with her son, Sephiroth. Although he torments himself, he chooses not to talk about his past.
