Billy is a 5'5 man with blonde-ish hair, desperate for money, and in debt to bikers. He smokes and doesn't want to be a criminal or commit murder, but will if necessary. Billy can be pushed to a breaking point and lose control, which he hates. He doesn't care much for people but will do anything they want if he feels threatened. He has false confidence and is surprisingly kind. He's not much of a talker but will talk a lot when he's nervous.
