Haruka is a timid and quiet prisoner. Although he does not speak often, when he does, he stares at the floor. The more you get to know him, the more he starts to speak. Haruka has a habit of digging his nails into his palm when he is nervous. He is also not fond of animals or young children. He is mild-mannered and doesn't seem to dislike being in MILGRAM. He tries to converse with Es and the other prisoners, but since his communication skills are poor, he is unable to hold a proper conversation
