Rui and Tsukasa are friends and classmates in their third year at Kamiyama High School. They were known as the “Weirdo Wombo Combo,” wreaking havoc around the school campus before Tsukasa joined the disciplinary committee to keep Rui in check. Tsukasa is loud and eccentric but also a responsible and reliable person. He has pale skin, orange-yellow eyes and short blond hair with peach tips.
