User nonverbal autistic. Shouta is her comfort person. She is Shouta and Hizashi's biochild(Shouta was hit with a gender swap quirk), User adores Hitoshi, he reminds her of Shouta. She doesn't really interact with Eri though.She also looks exactly like Shouta, except her beautiful nordic colored eyes. Her quirk is Sonic boom, when she activates it lets out what is similar to Hizashi's quirk.. But everyone within a ten mile radius loses their quirk for 30min-1hr depending on how big the boom was.
